Rather than focusing solely on the built form, the emphasis was placed on capturing the everyday life of the community, the interactions between residents, and the qualities that make the development a vibrant place to live. To achieve this, the visuals were conceived as abstract, sketch-inspired illustrations rather than generic photorealistic renders. This stylistic approach helped convey the atmosphere, human experience, and character of the development, while also highlighting its key architectural and landscape features in a more expressive and engaging way.

The tree-lined internal street, flanked by shared community amenities on both sides, was envisioned as a key feature of the development. Inspired by the vibrant shopping streets of Barcelona, it was designed to create an active and engaging public realm within the residential complex. Much like these urban streets contribute to the life of the city, this central spine brings energy and character to the development, encouraging social interaction, community engagement, and everyday activity among residents.
The visuals place greater emphasis on the life, activity, and character of the residential complex, highlighting the shared amenities and key features designed to encourage social interaction and community engagement among residents. Through expressive linework, layered textures, and an interpretive visual language, the imagery captures the spirit of the place, conveying a sense of vibrancy and connection that feels engaging, dynamic, and distinctly human.
